1. Overview

This website is operated by Zapifiy. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Zapifiy. By visiting our site and purchasing a spirit, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Handcrafted Pre-Order Policy

Every Zapifiy spirit is handcrafted to order. We do not maintain a pre-made inventory. Our creation process begins immediately after an order is confirmed, which involves foraging for botanical pods and curating specific artisan materials.

Crafting Timelines

Upon purchase, customers must select a specific crafting cycle (14, 20, or 25 business days). This timeframe represents the "Awakening & Soul-Stitching" period before the item is ready for shipment. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these artisan timelines.

3. Order Finality & Cancellations

Because each spirit is created specifically for the individual who ordered it, all sales are considered final. Once an order is placed, materials are allocated and work begins.

Cancellations: You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of your purchase. After 24 hours, the foraging and material preparation phase is active, and we cannot offer a refund or cancellation.

4. Botanical Authenticity

Our products are made from natural botanical specimens. Minor variations in shape, texture, or color are expected and are not considered defects. You agree that the spirit you receive will have its own unique organic character that may differ slightly from website photography.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are in addition to the crafting lead time (14/20/25 days). We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or international postal services. Once the crafting cycle is complete, you will receive a tracking number via email.

6. Accuracy of Billing

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail provided at the time the order was made.
