Our 30-Day Guarantee
We stand behind the craftsmanship of every Zapifiy spirit. If your botanical companion arrives damaged or exhibits a significant structural defect, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Eligible Scenarios
To ensure a fair process for our artisans and our collectors, returns are strictly limited to the following circumstances:
- Transit Damage: Your spirit suffered physical damage during the shipping journey.
- Craftsmanship Defects: A major functional flaw not related to the natural variation of organic materials.
- Incorrect Item: You received a different pod spirit than the one you ordered.
The Nature of Bespoke Creations
Because each Zapifiy spirit is a handcrafted pre-order created specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for "change of mind" or personal preference once the crafting cycle has begun. Our process involves irreversible material procurement and dedicated artisan hours tailored to your order.
Note: Natural variations in pod shape, color, and texture are the inherent beauty of botanical art and are not considered defects.
Initiating a Return
To begin a claim, please follow these steps within the 30-day window:
- Contact our care team at support@zapifiy.com.
- Provide your Order Number and clear photographs of the issue.
- For transit damage, please include photos of the original packaging.
Once your claim is validated, we will provide instructions for the return shipment and process your full refund or craft a replacement spirit for you.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
