Every Zapifiy spirit is born from the earth, crafted with 100% natural botanical pods, dried flora, and organic fibers. Like all things found in nature, they require a gentle touch and a thoughtful environment to maintain their magic over time.

  • Environment & Light Keep your spirit in a dry, indoor space. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which may cause the natural pigments of the botanicals and wool to fade over time.
  • Humidity & Liquids Botanical pods are sensitive to moisture. Please keep your spirit away from water, high-humidity areas (like bathrooms), and never apply chemical cleaners, perfumes, or oils directly to the materials.
  • Gentle Cleaning If dust gathers on your companion, a very soft, dry brush or a gentle puff of air is sufficient. Do not use damp cloths or abrasive materials, as these can damage the delicate "soul-stitched" details.
  • Wearable Care When using your spirit as a bag charm or accessory, be mindful of high-friction environments. While built to wander, they are artisanal creations and appreciate being handled with kindness.

Because our materials are entirely organic, your Zapifiy spirit may undergo a natural aging process. Over many seasons, you may notice slight shifts in color or the occasional shedding of a tiny seed or petal. This is not a defect, but a sign of a living art piece.
