Our Commitment to Artisan Integrity

A Philosophy of Slow Craft

At Zapifiy, every pod spirit is a unique creation, handcrafted to order through a meticulous "Slow-Craft" process. Because our spirits are created from organic botanical materials and involve specific pre-order cycles (14–25 days), our refund policy differs from mass-produced retail.

Please note: As our products are handcrafted to order and involve natural specimens, we generally do not accept returns or refunds for "change of mind" once the creation process has begun.

Damages & Significant Issues

Your spirit’s safe arrival is our priority. If your Zapifiy doll arrives damaged during transit or exhibits a significant craftsmanship defect, we will make it right.

To initiate a claim, please contact us at support@zapifiy.com within 48 hours of delivery. You must include:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photographs of the damaged item and the original packaging

Once inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement. Approved claims will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Natural Variations

As every Zapifiy spirit is born from a natural botanical pod, variations in shape, texture, and organic marks are not considered defects. These "imperfections" are the fingerprints of nature and are what make your companion a one-of-a-kind original.

Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, the foraging and crafting process for your specific spirit has begun, and the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
